Skytrak not connecting to PG

Hi, I've been using Skytrak with PG for about 6 months with no issues. Recently, maybe a month or so ago, PG would no longer be able to connect to Skytrak from the PG Sim Console. When I click on the Connect to Skytrak button, either nothing happens (i.e., no log output below) or the Sim Console crashes and I get a Windows message saying the program has stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this or who I can call for help? 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling PG but that didn't fix it. I'm using Skytrak in WIFI network mode.

PP's server was down last night and this morning.  But it hasn't work for you for over a month?  Where are you located?  What version is your game at?

I'm located in Los Angeles. I'm not sure exactly how long it hasn't been working as I haven't had a chance to play frequently over the past couple months. But I started noticing the issue probably 2-4 weeks ago. I'll check version of the game when I get home, but I just uninstalled/reinstalled JNPG last night so I assume it's up to date.

It is working again. I must have just been unlucky with server outages the past few weeks.

I get the message sometimes discovery cannot start.  I either wait a while and click connect to skytrak and my skytrak is found and other times I just restart Perfect golf.  This does not occur all the time.  About 25% of the time.

Is your sim pc connected to your router via wifi?  If so, try hard wire cat5.

everything is hard wired.  I have other sim software and they all connect without issue.  Once JNPG is connected it works well, it is just the initial connection.  Is there any logs to look at. 

On the sim console there are choices for debug, and error - but they display the same limited output.

With the latest releases of the PG Sim Console the connection should start automatically so should be no need to click connect to Skytrak or PG, and clicking may confuse it

That is true it connects automatically if you choose that in settings  - which I do.  I only attempt to click on connect if after say 3 minutes it does not autoconnect on it own. 

Wha does discovery cannot start mean?  Meaning, what in the backend must be working for it to start?

Discovery Cannot start is a skytrak message and I dont have their code to know what causes it.  But if I had to guess it is caused by the Discovery process already running.
