while reading through the EULA after steam purchase, i ran into a section about Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods.

of course, as usual in a EULA it was rather vague.

so i will ask about it in here......what do you guys have in mind for these systems?

specifically what will be available?

are we dealing with a game that will become Micro Transaction heavy when it is Officially released?

one other quick question, what is the policy on gamers who stream game play on Twitch/Hitbox?

AFAIK there will be no micro-transactions in this game. There will be courses you would have to pay for and maybe at a later stage you could buy clothes, clubs etc. but it is not planned to buy boosters etc. which will make you hit a 400 yard tee shot. So this game will not be like shot online, WGT or TWO. I sure hope this will stay like it was said by the devs.

i hope you're right, but clicking on the tab marked Client Area takes me to a page with a menu that makes it look like they will have micro transactions.

may be a good idea by the staff to address this

Well, after final release there are chances for micro-transactions which doesn't take any or very low effect on the way you play the game: Clothes, shoes, shafts, club heads, clubs etc. All these things may have a tiny effect on your way to play the game, but I doubt that they will give you any big advantage to someone who simply enjoys the game with the stuff which comes with the game. I don't think this game will turn into a money mashine like shot-online or WGT. But there might be some cosmetic stuff to buy, which I think is a good addition.

I believe that the Client Area is intended for Perfect Parallel's commercial customers who are utilizing their broadcast and visualization services.  I know that Perfect Golf is planning to have a "Portal" link within the game's main menu where courses and other DLC can be accessed.
