Dave,

You probably already know this from playing so many of my Recorded rounds.  I play the Caliber ball, 3C, and TP or Pro mainly for more accurate approach shots.  The direction penalty for the Caliber seems to be about 50% less than the Avant ( combo. of direction and spin axis), for full shots only.  Putting is the same for any combo. of TP, Pro, Caliber, or Avant.

The Caliber distances are roughly 1/2 Club shorter carry than Avant for the Irons (~12yds between clubs).

Driver is ~20 to 25 yds shorter total distance.

7W is ~15 to 20 yds shorter total distance.

thanks john, im thinking the shorter is in for a longer try this time and see

if i can get that ball closer on my approaches. hate loosing that distance with the long holes we

run across on some of these courses though. now i just need to stick a post it up close to my screen that says short ball ain't getting old and forgetful fun. hoping it may help me get past this thing i spoke to you about in the PM. i think i play the game pretty good and by my recordings it shows, but when ever in MP or playing tourneys. i have had a few good MP rounds but few and far between. never had this head problem with any other golf titles so i'll just keep at it till i figure it out.
