I wanted to let everyone know about my first course built for JNPG. Crossgates is a real course and I started this in the Spring of this year. I've had a lot of help from a few members Larry (Larrykuh) & Matt (DPRoberts). I especially want to give Larry some special attention here. He created the clubhouse for me and he has a lot of talent. See the pictures below. Matt has created the bulkheads for me that he shared with our members also. I'm giving the dropbox link here for everyone who would like to see the WIP. The course is missing some houses that will be added later when Larry get's them to me. I'm not looking for a full play testing done yet. What I'd like to know how this course play's on lower end computers. The course play's well on mine with no shuttering on 3click. If anyone see something that really sticks out you can mention it and I'll try to correct it in the first beta version.

This really looks great, Roy.  It really does.  You did a good job with your textures, got a nice summery, hot feel to it.  Kudos to LarryK for sure.  Can you show a few out-building shots?  Looks nice.

My old machine dragged a bit on the outer edges of the course where the trees are but it was still playable.  Some nice objects too, makes me wish someone would make those for me *grumbles*  ^_^

No problems here either. Very enjoyable and a cracking course for a first release.

Guy's Sorry no new pictures to see yet. Larry has started getting me the new houses and the course has been updated on holes 1 & 2 to show them. Matt has sent me some custom objects so I won't spoil the surprise. I will be adding them during this week. I have two flags added to the course now. The American flag is in front of the clubhouse and a yellow flag that used for direction off the 3rd tee. Just use the dropbox link from my first post to download the course. Later this week I'll give another update.

ok i found the thread.

on that bridge on 18, making the green is good on 18, but if you hit the bridge it goes through

into the water long wait till post shot window opens. i hit from the other side of the bridge and i got the same as we talked about yesterday.

the drop offered from the water is the pic below. clip of ball going through bridge with wait time.

so it happens on both sides of the bridge.

fairway side through bridge. the reason it is taking so long to get the post shot window is because the ball continues to

fall.  i hit one in the water there and by the time the post shot screen came up i was 1800yrds from the pin

i did do a vid of the shot and wait from the fairway side.

i know this bridge is a moot point,as you should be able to fly over it but my first time through

i hit it by accident . is there something that goes under the water to stop the fall of the ball?

color pops in the fairways, i did not check but are those also yardage markers

is there any code to the colors like  yellow 50yrds from green, you know what im getting at.

anyway great job on your first, now i can't wait for the next

forgot to say throw the old flash screen out the new one looks good

thanks for the time

and the great creation.
