Pot bunkers are messing up my libraries

I'm working on a Blackwolf Run reboot, and am overhauling the texture set as part of the project.

 

Anyway, I got a library together, which I had saved and loaded, and all was hunky dory until I decided to add pot bunkers to the project. I did so by cloning the original bunker texture and then adding in pot settings.

 

Once I tried to save this the first time I started getting the System Null Exception error and the dreaded all-white splines. I managed to do a course build without incident, but I'm still unable to load that library; it just kept loading an "unknown" one. I can load other libraries just fine.

 

Anyway I got fed up, and created a new library from scratch. I did a save and a load and got it working okay. Then I added a pot bunker texture again, like before, and got them to show up in the game. However saving the texture produced the same error set, and I'm now back in the same boat.

 

Obviously the common theme here is that adding the pot bunker texture seems to be corrupting the library file. In the latter case it was after I created a new library from scratch.

I have been experiencing the exact same error when adding pot bunker textures in my WIP course 'Bannochburn'. I have had to do the same thing...create a new library.
