Skytrak issues with JNPG

Hi,

been using the software with skytrak for a year now. Had a month or so off after Xmas but just renenewed my annual subscription. Skytrak has a software update, and it works almost flawlessly. However JNPG not so good.

Shots just not registering a lot of the time, all three lights stay on. Quit out and load skytrak range and all fine. Back to JNPG, PGSIM connector all fine, all green but shots rarely registered.

So not the skytrak or lights or mat as works with skytraks own software one would assume.

Ive tried arming, disarming etc. I removed and reinstalled with no joy.

Anyone seen this?

Is it full shots that are not registering or does it tend to be chips, putts and the like?
