What might we be looking at as far as in-game text chat is concerned? I've always loved traditional online games having "T" open up a chat window so that you can type, then pressing "Enter" to send.

It would be nice to be able to talk to one and other during the game. Is there anything like that being considered?

been playing with the caddyshack crew over at TWO and we have used voice chat for a few years now, great way to play with friends
also a way to figure out who is using extra personas, and such.
i ask in another post about voice chat and AJ answered they would have something but it may just be for the country clubs, which does make snce.

I guess teamspeak is an option - have always used it in both previous & current golf games.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every mininute of it!

How about Skype? Get together there and set up a match on GameRanger and talk together using the Skype connection?
I do it every Sunday with 5 others and it works great.

I agree.. Also, want it to be private so that only the folks playing against each other, can see each others text...
TWO had it where Everyone online could see each others texts while they were playing, was real troublesome...
Hard to chat with your opponents when many others can see it and chime in..
TW's PC had it right, private chat to those playing against each other while in a game.
Done with designing.
