Played a quick 18 Matt, only noticed the human height object still on course and some tearing around a fairway bunker on right at 18.

I can see why it's been frustrating you, it looks fine but I can imagine it done a few different ways that would all look good.

Instructions for rating courses have been sent to our 10 judges.  Judges have a month but the sooner the better.  Once all of their ratings are in, I will input all the ratings into a spreadsheet.  That will give me the top 5 courses.  The top 2 courses will be put to a vote on OGT Discord chat.  All results will be posted in the forums.  Prize money will be sent.

90% of the voting from judges are in. Once we get 100%, top two courses will be voted on in OGT Simulator discord chat to determine the overall winner.

Congrats to the winners!

RobC you really are the best with handling the vegetation on these expansive courses.

Skunky is improving by the week and can't wait to see the newer Summerlin.

MRose had a few solid contributions as well. Only bumped down with final judging due to lack of 3DG.

Thanks to OGT, participants, and donors.

That's too bad to hear..

I honestly think some courses/designs/situations/looks don't lend themselves well to 3DG anyhow.

I just wanted Matt to know his designs were solid. Gotta differentiate somehow. As a whole, RobC and Skunky threw a ton of techniques into their designs from textures to vegetation to peripheral objects. They were hands down the front runners. There were 10 judges and the 2 finalists were up to vote by the whole OGT discord community.

It was a good way to handle the judging. I doubt there's too much debate (among the 8-15 of us following these boards) over RobC winning.

The 5 pc judges and 5 simulator judges all did a fantastic job.  Rating 11 courses, 10 criteria each, was difficult and time consuming I'm sure.  MRose's Crooked Sticks tied for 5th and won $102 despite not having 3D grass.  If it had 3D grass, it would have been in the top 3 for sure.

I kind of thought that might happen.
