I am about 50% done on my current WIP and thats when I typically share some pics.
Unfortunately, I am already a little burned out, so this thing are moving at a snails pace...
Anyway, here are a couple pics (both par 3s):

Welp, I am dusting this WIP off and trying to get motivated to finish it, but I am feeling a bit flat about it. There just isn't anything super exciting about it at this point. Maybe I will do some 3DG at the end?
Anyway, I am sharing a couple screens in an effort to self motivate! All the holes, are in place and 90% of the pins are set, but I am only about 50% done with planting. The fun doesn't come from the planting part

I'm always excited to play a real course, if that counts for anything.

The course looks majestic and grand. I am not saying this only to motivate you, it is also my true opinion

Its a decent country club style course and it is lots of fun to play in real life. Sometimes that doesn't translate to PG. At least not for the low handicapped computer golfers. That said, it has some fun stretches of holes and depending on setup it can be made to be easy or med/hard.
My lack of interest stems from the other designers who seem to be throwing out very exciting builds. I am using the traditional PG type textures and splines and the new techniques and such seem to hold the spotlight (3DG & overlay).
Anyway, if my regular life would get out of the way, I could knock this thing out in a few weeks! Its just wont get out of my way lol

I really like this ground texture combined with these long grasses especially in the foreground of the first shot. And you also can see the benefits of not placing 3d grass, you have somehow more natural variation and less artifacts on the grass.
