Andrew's last post mentioned "transferring the server to a more reliable source in a couple of months". That was posted on February the 24th, 2019. Would Andrew or MJ like to comment on the progress of this issue and maybe also tell us what is the status of PG2? I think we all deserve some sort of confirmation on where this game is going or not going after being loyal players all these years.

I don´t think it helps making fun of the devs if you want communication. That does not mean I don´t want updates too though...

You should understand by now that they are not interested in communicating with the PC mob.
Anyway, it helps ME to make fun of the devs and they get what they deserve in this gaming universe.
They are possibly wonderful folk but they are just another industry joke.

If they even remotely cared about the community they would have been communicating since way back no matter what. They got what they wanted and that's all they care about. They are now rich folk working for a huge company and we are just bottom dwellers. The fact that they don't come in to even speak a word shows what kind of MEN or RATS they are and deserve everything coming to them.

Mike's Linkedin page indicates he stopped working for PP in 2017...really does drive it home. Apparently he can't talk and Trackman won't talk, so we're mushrooms that aren't even being fed the...you know.

I honestly don’t think ANY of us would be playing this game anymore if it was only the stock courses.
The only reason PG1 is still viable at all is 100% due to the third party designers.

Want some cheese with that "whine".... paid 20 bucks years ago and yet still have fun playing multiplayer and tournament's. some folk just dont get it. So with all the complaining and over the top expectations, curious how is that working for ya. Any how a great big thanks for what I have and still have thanks to mike and Andrew....
Understand exactly what you are saying. Not questioning the current game but it was not all of us that communicated a PG2 game was in the works. Do you think maybe some of us are concerned, since with no communication, maybe PG1 is up in the air on continuing?

At this point in the PG1 lifecycle, the people to thank are the 3rd party course designers.

Your point is well taken. I for one, still enjoy the great new designs being created. As far as continuing to play the sim, you will always have your online fans who will support PG even at this stage of development. Since I have no interest in online play, I would have to admit that PG has pretty well run it's course for me. I was always hoping that eventually PG would mature into a top notch complete simulation that any golf enthusiast would enjoy. After seven or eight years of very little development, I think one can safely assume that we are pretty much at the end of the story.

Very true.
In fact it's my understanding that many people still play Rory, even with the very limited course list, using the Online Head 2 Head function which apparently still works fine.
