ok I'm going to tackle the two par 3's that are old Hill Valley and Magnolia Greens ....

Great Par 3 course pleasing on the eyes frame rate is good. Greens are a mixture of slight almost flat to slopes which adds a nice variety. Everything works fine - this designer puts bunkers inside of fairways which is fine but there are a couple of areas where the fairway is concave in a specific area to where it looks as if a bunker should be there but this may not be so maybe an intention of the designer. Everything is smooth only played on medium pins but imo can come out of beta

This course works fine has a lot of water shots special note it is 9 holes only - a front 9 looks good the water hazards work imo can come out of beta as a front 9 par 3 course ...

Ok so I revisited Witch Hollow and played some holes trying various Graphical default settings - (as mentioned earlier there is a lot of stuttering when I play it) Problem is probably because I play it at a custom graphical setting as shown below:

so I got all this stuff maxed out but have no problems with any other course. So then I tested this Witch Hollow on default Ultra Low it worked fine looked horrible then on Medium works fine 60 fps. On High default setting 36 - 48 fps with stuttering then on Ultra hight default there is a lot of lag one presses f3 there is a wait on hits F5 it seems to not toggle back 

 

I noticed Grasses all over the place even on edges of fairways and in the cart paths editing this may fix it - shame though cause its a great looking course one of the greens is to much sloped. Because of all the courses available to pic from I think this is still a course in beta
