I have my own fantasy design all planned out and ready to go, but with the tools Course Forge seems to have it seems like it will be much easier to build real courses. People will be able to create their own country clubs from home and much more, but what real courses do you want to see first. I have my own top 10. I'd like to hear what you guys want to see.

1. Augusta National GC - This is a must have for obvious reasons

2. Cypress Point - Pebble has been done I would love to see this classic

3. Merion - The US Open course for 2013 just looks flat out fun to play

4. Pine Valley - It isn't number one for no reason

5. Whistling Straights - One of the more scenic and difficult courses in the US

6. The Country Club - The Ryder Cup classic and the site of this years US AM

7. Olympic Club - Last years US Open course

8. Shinnecock Hills - This course is just sweet. We saw it in Links, but I want to see it again

9. Sand Hills - From what I know it hasn't been done, but this is one of the most unique courses out there

10. Seminole - A Florida gem that gets no play in real life so lets play it on the computer

It would be great to play real courses, but is it legal without paying a license to the country club?

Hmm, I'll probably do Lytham or Sandwich for starters, but I've always liked the Belfry (Brabazon) so perhaps that too...

I am interested to see how the real course situation pans out, especially with Perfect Parallel contracted to Sky. They will be producing visualizations, and obviously will be in close contact with some of the courses that users may be planning to create themselves, using Course Forge.

Also, do Perfect Parallel have plans to release a lot of these real courses themselves, through their online store?

I'll do the course I grew up on in Michigan, and my favorite course here in Wisconsin where I live now. Then, I may look into doing some hidden gem courses that aren't well known, but highly regarded.

Any courses from the Open Championship rota:-

St. Andrews Old Course

Royal Troon

Murifield

Turnberry

Carnoustie

Royal Lytham & St Annes

Royal Liverpool (Hoylake)

Royal St George's

Royal Birkdale

We have a few of these already done in Links 2003, so they could be ported in using the Course Conversion Tool. There may be some from TW, JN etc. but not sure where PP are with porting these version in to Course Forge as a heightmap as yet.

Others:-

Augusta National and Par 3 Course

Valderrama

Castle Pines

Harbour Town

Pebble Beach

Spyglass Hill

The Belfry

Wentworth

Caste Lewis

Loch Lomond

Nairn

Le Golf National

Sun City

Pinehurst #2

Pinehurst #8

Whistling Straits

Merion

Gleneagles Hotel

Should be enough (as well as all other suggestions to keep us going, lol).

Hoping some of our Links 2003 APCD guru's look to port across their exisiting versions of other courses, such as:- Royal Melbourne, Wagga Wagga, Huntingdale, Shinnecock Hills, Bethpage Black, Pine Valley, Engineers and if MJ is reading:- Royal Kenya, Driftwood, Shadowlands, Crystal Pines, Rugged Dune, Cara Brae, Las Joyas Ayrshire Dunes, Royal County Kilderry and not forgetting other classic fictional creations by some of Links 2003's top designers.

:D

I am planning to design The Babe Zaharius Golf Club in the northern Tampa, FL area. I used to live in Tampa and wanted to get it done ever since the apcd2001 was released. But I never could get the design program figured out.

It is an unique Public course set among the streets of the northern Tampa area.

I already have the Bing location saved.
