I wish to uninstall and do a fresh install of my computer's operating system.  Everything will be deleted with this process.  How do I reinstall Perfect Golf to the system after the fresh install is complete?

Just go to the steam website, reinstall steam. After you get to the steam software go to the library, there you will find PG and all other games you got from Steam and just reinstall it. Thats all

Games bought on steam will always be yours to install and reinstall. Once you reinstall your os, install steam again, then simply go to you games library and install your game again.
