Is it an issue with your skybox?

No sir, I don't think so...I think that's how the creator did it. I got it here...  https://ambientcg.com/list?type=HDRI

As you can see, there's a version with the terrain, and a version with the terrain "cut out". Unfortunately, he left the cut out part black. But, I don't know, that may be the only way to do it.

No, that was a freebie, believe it or not. I just modified it a little (highway extension and pillars). I got lucky on that one... :D

I think it was this one:   https://archive3d.ne...oad&id=293a6b88

Well, there's probably a better way to do it, but this looks alright. I just downloaded a low-poly piece of terrain, added some texture and sort of covered the black plane where it shown.   <_<

You could edit the skydome image by copying the top half, flipping it vertically and then placing it in the bottom part that is currently black.

Hmmm...I'll have to think about that one for a minute. I'll let you know when I get it or give up.  :D

Okay, so am I supposed to edit the .jpg or .exr?

Photoshop will allow you to edit the EXR file. I'll revise the sky dome image and send you a new EXR via a PM.
