Is there a MOP editor available? I couldn't find one either in-game or in any of the folders in the Steam download.
A fellow player on PGLS referred he here, and thought there might be a program available that can create new .bop files for user-created MOPs. Is there such a thing, and of so, how might I get a hold of it?
