What exactly is the yellow dot inside the circle, below the swing meter? If I click on it it turns grey. I initially thought it was how you adjusted ball loft but it doesn't move. Figured out how to adjust loft later.

It's to take a practice swing.

Yellow means you will be swinging at the ball - non-yellow or grey means you can swing away, without hitting the ball, until find your groove. Does not count as a stroke.

It's a practice swing toggle, so you can hit the button and do a few practice swings before the real deal. It also helps on the range where you can get quick feedback on your swing without hitting the ball.
