I would like to add a suggestion for features under this new section of the website but I am only seeing two options- "My Issue" and "Start New Issue"

I read  Andrews news article and I thought I would see an option for "suggestions"??  Or is a new suggestion the same thing as new issue?

There is a radio button on the right hand side.

guess I never actually entered the proper screen.... it's "new issue" then there is an option to set it to suggestion---

Although I created a new issue with type = suggestion, Andrew has asked me to post it as a suggestion, so I'm a bit confused! Awaiting Andrews response.
