I say the ranges are too large. :P  Just turned 60 not too long ago. I'd like to think 80 would be a completly different range. ;)

It's called compassion. Obviously setup this way to make the seniors 65 to 75 feel a little younger.  Life is a matter of perspective.  :D

And my perspective is always the correct one!  :lol: :P :D
