LOL! I don't know how I missed this thread! Man Crusher - you really DO hate Windows 10 don't you man? I'll give it to you - you're consistent and passionate about this topic.
Windows 7 is great and all. But so is a 1950 Ford Truck and I don't drive one of those. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but I see Windows 8 as pushing people towards a new way of thinking about interacting with their computers. Were there some things in there that were probably a little TOO ambitious? Yes, definitely. But I think that OS did a lot to push people towards what we know now as W10 and I'm really enjoying it. It's seamless and fast and efficient. I really have zero complaints.
What is it that you really dislike about W10 so much? And I truly ask this not be a jerk - I'm genuinely interested to finding out what it is that makes you stay in W7. W10 isn't perfect but neither is W7. I just see W10 as a step forward and have no reason to hang onto W7... at all. But that's just my take...

Well maybe you do and maybe you don't, know how to tweak a system so it's perfect.

It's a wonder any of us dumb plebes are even able to boot up Windows and run the game at all!
Crusher rubs his ram chips against his processor and the fans keep his GPU cool and tweaked while his disc goes in and out of the drive....
Dare to dream...

This forum is not the Big Boys forums on OSes. However, I like to drop in and post a "gem now and them"
Let us all bow in appreciation to the God Crusher and his PC all knowingness...
...at least according to him

Mebbe and Buck.
This forum is not the Big Boys forums on OSes. However, I like to drop in and post a "gem now and them" to give you gents something to comment on. Gawd forbid you add something useful to any of these topics!
If you did, I might have to bring some peers here and shock them like I would be if either of you posted some profoundly useful insights.
Ah, but it all good fun!
You still refuse to answer my question.
