Do I need to hold your hand?  These are extra, "Fun" events.  Each tour still has their regularly scheduled tour events.  You would know that if you just explored the site a little.

Ian the Tour Pro event is there and we added a Pro tour event for fun due to popular demand. It has to be linked to a current tour for playes to see it.  Quite a few Tour Pro guys wanted it. Hence the Fun Pro Event in the Tour Pro Tour. Guess its not your cup of tea, but that's ok we know we cant please everybody. It wont be because of lack of effort on our part though. Much like the options in the Game if we adjusted each thing for every single player we would have 20 tours and a fractured community. Cheers!

JT, thanks for the explanation and taking the time to post. I do appreciate those who explain things clearly.

I have frequented your site many times these past couple of weeks, in many attempts to find things I sought. Some occasions I was successful, many not lol. But I appreciate the efforts you are putting in to creating something. I wish others could also help and take this experience forward to improve things for everyone.

The more events in Tournament form the better, although I do understand the need to ensure the fractured community remains knitted. With only 5 difficulty levels, I was unable to discover the area to which you stated the new fun events were popular demand. I saw an old poll which only had a few options and with 11 voting for Pro - is this to what you refer ?

I can't see past anything else, as it appears this is displayed when I log in ;

You have been banned from this board until Thu Oct 29, 2015 6:52 pm.

Any help would be appreciated understanding the reason for this, as I've not made one post upon the forums....

IanD

Most of the requests for pro come from new signups in chat when we were helping people signup,   These are people who are an active part of the community in the chat an Team speak daily.  They were looking for a Pro Tour because of the not liking the no aiming in overhead map in Tour Pro.  Which I understand it does slow game play but also increases the difficulty level.  Last season we polled are players on Difficulty levels desired and Tour Pro won over Pro difficulty.

I'm not sure on the ban, but i will look into it .  I could speculate but that would be foolish.

We eventually look to have a Tour for every difficulty which is easy enough to do on our site. Its just a decision that was made with input from members.  The Pro event was geared to the people who verbalized wanting a pro tour.  Also the Hacker tour was geared toward people who dont like the simplified putting in Beginner Tour. Plus we have all difficulties covered. :)
