No, not yet. Scott hasn't released it. I believe he was revisiting the build after design lessons learned from Winged Foot and Augusta.

New update here, a new beta version was released to the beta testers today. So long story short it appears it is still being worked on by someone, don't know if it is slewin from classic renditions or someone else helping out.
