Looking forward to hopefully getting to try this out if it's released soon.  I read about terrain forge a while back and that definitely would make it seem a lot easier to map out courses with proper elevations.  For those of you who have used course forge, how do you go about creating holes?  If you are making real courses, do you import elevation data and trace over holes with proper fairways, greens, etc using map services like Bing or Google?  Just curious for when this is available for when anyone can use it.  Thanks.
