Ball does quick turn to avoid cup.

Didn't know if this was CF or bugs or what. Anyhow the ball behaviour isn't right. Hole 17 at Dry Gulch.

Maybe you had some of that crazy side spin that is making the ball/logo look funny on some putts maybe?

 

Something is very off there...

Looks like the old terrain mesh issue where there is a problem with the mesh around the cup.

 

But I've played about 4 or 5 rounds today and didn't notice any issues like this.

Many of the new courses have some odd breaks. When viewed with the grid on they look like this. ------|___|----- without the vertical lines going above the dotted horizontal ones. They are like small pockets and they do cause very weird breaks.

Looks to be a slight crease in the green mesh that requires a little bit more smoothing.

Yes still happening in many courses on a few of the holes. Please take video or screen shot of these and report it to  the course designer. or here in perfect golf's bug forum. The guys at Ogt are doing a good job but could always use more eyes.. The stroke you save may end up being yours....
