If you use the auto gimmie feature does that count as a putt in the final statistics? I noticed that I had 6 birdies in a round and hit 12 greens, but the GIR putts was listed as 2.00 at the end of the round. Seems wrong.

Yes, auto gimmie still counts as 1 putt.  Same thing as if you didn't select auto gimme, you would still have to putt it.
