After learning CF since release I'm now trying my first serious effort. Any critiques and tips would be appreciated! Be gentle with as I have a rotten cold at the moment  ;)

Here are 4 pictures of the first hole:

Working on fairway bunkers. I normally make them shallow to give the golfer a chance to make some yards with a mid to low iron.

A quick and dirty way to include a path. Save using the path spline I have just painted a grassy/muddy texture from tee to fairway with long grass either side

There are also some more pictures in the above post.

On to the 3rd hole......

D,

If you want to embed the actual image in to your post, instead of just the URL (which means folks have to then navigate to an external site), when you are adding your post, click on the little pic icon (the square one just below the text colour and smiley) and then paste the image location in to the box and click OK.

This should then embed the image in to your post, like below:-

It's not mandatory, but makes it much easier if you are talking about what is in one of the pics and having it visible in the thread.

;)

Thanks, its so easy to over exaggerate slopes and hills. I find the human height log is good for comparisons.

Thanks Jerry,

Really enjoying CF, a few quirks and things I haven't worked out yet but it's all I hoped it would be.
