Nice course, some of those short chunky trees look a bit weird to me though (an observation, not a criticism!).

Neal,

I played a 4 Man Stroke round last night on your course using 4 of my AI players and had a weird occurrence on the 17th Hole, a Par five.

One player drove off the Tee and landed on the left side of the fairway against the rough/fairway line. When it was his time he did his Thinking bar and then the Avoid Trees bar (the pine trees were very close to him)  which had him rotate 90 degrees and out on the fairway.  He then did a 90 degree turn again aiming at the trees which were much further away from him and a shot would go over the trees. He took that shot and it did clear the trees BUT it also went over the green area and landed on the cart path which caused a large bounce out into water and then showed an OB situation in the shot recap screen.

After the other players approached the green it was again his turn and instead of a drop on land, as I expected, he was shown standing knee deep in the water aiming at the green/pin like he was on land or standing on a very shallow water area.  He took the shot and hit it out of the water landed on the green.

There must be some problem here.  Maybe the water was very shallow and allowed him to stand in it.

Could you check this?

Jerry

The name is NEAL, The 17th is a Par 5,

and the AI is crazy.

There are only 2 water hazard splines on the course,

behind 17 green and in front of 18 green, I'll have a

look and see what may be happening.

You are correct Jerry, Dang you and your AI players..hehe.

I'll get it fixed and give Z-max the bad news, meanwhile,

stay out of the water past 17 green.

Thanks Neal (I have changed the errors in my post too).

It is a Par 5.  I had other errors to post to Andrew also and got them mixed up.

I knew I was not crazy about the outcome of the shot though (my AI's LOVE water) and you were able to find the problem.

Really enjoyed the course otherwise.

Jerry

I played the course with fine weather and things still looked pretty gloomy.  Is that just how things are in South Carolina?   :P

Ah, it's Dynamic Sky doing that.

Sorry, but there was a problem with the water hazard

by the 17th green. It has now been fixed and Z-max

has the latest version of Pine Lake Golf Club.

If all goes well the hopefully last final will

be posted at OGT. Again sorry for the mistake, which

was not having a small amount of water hazard on each

end of the lateral hazard causing the player to drop in the water.
