Clicking the 'C' key for different cameras on the green has gone a long way to alleviating the sighting problems associated with the loss of the 'remove avatar ' option. Problem solved in a way. Nicely done, thank you.

I have to press the "C" key 4 times to get my preferred putting camera position. Is there no way of saving that preference.

There are 4 options for putting cam view in the GAME setup menu.

 

Normal

Low

Medium

High

 

I would have thought changing to your preferred camera view in this menu should then set it for you in game.
