I've noticed, watching Joe's tutorials, that when he comes to import his raw file into Course Forge, selecting New Project opens a Unity - Project Wizard which allows him to import certain packages into his new project.  When I select New Project I get the standard Unity New Project creation screen.  Am I doing something wrong or could it be that Joe is using a different version of  Unity - I'm sure his header shows 4.6.1f whereas I am on 5.2.3.  If this is the reason for the difference then it strikes me that Unity went backward a little bit on that piece of progress <_< .

Ok .... I also noticed one thing in that video , that the date is set at 15th of March 2015 (bottom right corner ).... so maybe you can use other versions today . I suggest you ask the same question in the tutorial thread ... Just a thought ....

You can import certain asset packages in unity5.2.3f1 when starting a new project. Just click on Asset packages and choose what you want.

Yep, you can also not do any of this and just import these asset packages when you get into your project. I think there was some I loaded that didn't even need to be loaded but they can be deleted if needed.
