What are people using for a typical first cut of rough? I have it defined as Semi-rough but one person just saw a 20% penalty. Is there a way to reduce the penalty?

The lies you get in the different rough cuts are hard coded to a range on different penalties and are dependent on the club your use.

I needed to customize some of the blend widths to get the course to be more like what it is in real life. Apparently there are a few bugs when you do a save as to a new library. I new that I had to change some normal map settings for rough and sand, but it also changes the mesh from semi-rough to rough during the save as process. I have it changed now to semi-rough and rebuilt the splines. The game now reports this as first cut and has the reduced penalty typical of a first cut.
