I need some suggestions on how and what hazard to do for this? Thanks.
It's a 30ft drop.

Yep. OB.
Unfortunately, CF allows you only one OB hazard, the one that encloses the entire perimeter. If you plant a second, interior OB, you would get all sorts of weird things happening when you build a course - if you could play it all.
Try and snake the outline of your outer OB between tees and tee boxes all the way in to reach this spot and to cover it. Maybe from beyond the lake we see in the distance, like a narrow peninsula up to the tee zone in the foreground?
You can add additional control points to the OB spline, if needed, same as with every spline, by ctrl-right double-clicking on an existing one.

Something like this Chris? If so, what happens if the ball is hit into that area that would now be Outside of the Out of bounds Area, the area where that 275yd mark is?
Or a little tighter, like this?

I would say go with the top version...then the area you want is OOB

Easy there, man, I'm not camping 24-7 in this forum just to see if my comments are getting any traction from somebody else. If I don't reply after one and half hour, that means that I'm not around, not that I'm ignoring you.
I agree with you and RobC, I too prefer your picture 1 further above. It needs to register as OB where the ball comes to a stop, the smaller one might be ineffective because the ball might roll down through it and end up safe, leaving an impossible next shot. You can make your OB even larger, bring it all the way to the tee zone below, so that it could also be in play for that long hole playing alongside below. Just make sure that the OB reaches well to the bottom of the slope (and then some), so that it works as intended.
You'll get there!

I was going to suggest maybe marking it as a lateral hazard, and that way if somebody had a playable shot then you could give them that option or a drop, but I suppose it depends on the penalty you want to impose there. Plus water hazards seem to be problematic for strange drops as we have seen plenty of times.

Thanks Matt but as a not so up on hazards, golfer, I have no clue. I just don't want someone hitting the ball off the cliffs and not being able to get out of there.
Since we have to surround the entire perimeter with the OOB's area, it is a little confusing to me. I think I've got the jist of what K11 and RobC are saying.

Ok, all I did was change the OOB, I think, it works as intended but now when I move around in Unity I get all this flashing and disappearing mountains in the distance. Could I have too many points in the OOBs? Help Please.

Hey, I'm getting good at this, all good now, once I hit Human Height. Don't ask me what the hell happened but all back to normal now. BOOM! Whew..
The OOB fix from K11 works like a champ. Thank you very much.
Thanks for all the replies/help.
