My favourite course in the whole game is by you Stoney.  Fall Lakes is an incredable design that others could aspire to.

Well I for one hope you go back and change the fairways on holes 10 & 11, because with a slight head wind you will not be able to hit the fairways.

Ive been on practise and 4 out of 10 shots i've just been able to get on the fairway of hole 10 by hitting over 100%, not easy.

What I did was go to the practice round and set the wind to the strongest coming straight at me. This gave me a low drive length of about 170 yards. For safety I deducted a bit more which means I set my fairways to start 160 yards from the back tee so everyone should be able to reach the fairways.

PC specs...

Asus PRIME Z390-P

Windows 10 PRO NA 64 bit

I have played this course extensively with Stoney (as he seems to think I am his own personal beta tester !!) and have never had issue with reaching the fairway on the holes you mention in a variety of wind settings.

Could you please let us know what kind of wind you are talking about ? I would like to know as hole 10 was actually my idea !!

I played it with no wind, as i've read this, i'm thinking i'm not aiming at the right fairway, or my driver isn't as big as yours.

Its a bit confusing.

Admittedly, I don't recall playing in very high wind and Stoney tells me its about 250 yds from the Championship tee to the start of the fairway which actually surprised me. Very high headwind would certainly see the ball fall short.

I think he has redone it now.
