[Major FAIL]

Well, I feel like a gave ample warning, so, here it is.

Still in the very early stages, but I thought I would throw some pics out there.

Let me know what you think, and don't worry... I'm not too 'thin skinned'. 

Any thoughts or suggestions are always appreciated.

I am a major fan of water courses.  What I see here looks very good so far.

Looking at the pictures posted I would say that the two things that would benefit most from some more work is the general landscape sculpting, which looks a little unnatural and stepped, and the sculpting of the bunkers, which at the moment look painted on to the course rather than sculpted and cut into the course the way real bunkers are. I know Unity tools aren't ideal for this job though, from my own experience!

The hair pulling detail stage I save for last, after I get the course laid out like I 'think' I want everything. And yes, the bunkers will be quite a challenge for me...lol

Well...

I went ahead and did some work on the 1st hole bunkers, and I must say...

This style might be above my paygrade...

"Raise, lower, smooth... too much!   Rinse and repeat."

(is that ANOTHER grey hair...?)

Yes but you see, now they're starting to look like something, instead of just flat pancakes. So the effort is appreciated and noticed!

Plantings are looking very good to btw.

How come I only have 1 bush out of all the speed tree, libs?

Thanks, I like the way some have turned out, some not so much still... rinse and repeat. 

The Azalea is the only one I have. But there are 3 colors.

Remember too, when they dig out all that dirt, it has to go somewhere.

I'm about done with hole 12 got the rest of mine laid out but much planting to do and that's my nightmare.. lol

I am really looking forward to this course, Major Fail.  It looks like it will play with some difficulty.  I like difficult courses.  As axe said your hard work is definitely paying off.

Thanks, yes, I was checking them out closely, 2 of them look almost identical and 1 is much different, can't complain for free.

I also just figured out if you drag them in from there, you can resize much better then if you point and click them from the inspector.

You've got to admit, this CF blows away the TW's CA. Just having the camera freedom is a huge step forward..
