Question: Is there a downside to having multiple water plains as opposed to keeping the number minimal. The course I'm currently working on has many small lakes but trying to keep the number small seems to have one a little too low while another a little higher than I would like. If there's no disadvantage I would like create six or so but wasn't sure how they might affect frame rates. I know I can go in adjust the ground around the lakes but why bother if there are no negatives to having more.

Yeah, have as many as you want. It's really just a Unity Plane primitive with a fancy PP material on it
Swing Type: Tour Pro Wireless XBox 360 Controller.
