Just wanted to let you know of an issue we have had yesterday on my new course, Rhode Island Country Club.
On a tournament of PGLS, the PGA9 Round 3, one of the member achieved a hole-in-one but was then, despite being presented with a post shot screen which said he had done so, but he add a 2 inches putt to do from hole with no ball visible. Upon tapping in, the player scored a 3.
He unfortunately could not supply us with a live recording, but has sent a saved shot, which confirms the ball did end up with an Hole In one.
Wondering if this is a cup issue, or anything you may be aware of happening elsewhere or a Perfect Golf Hic!
Hole placement used was position zero.
