As per this image. It looks the same in CF. No amount of smoothing makes any difference. 4 holes in and this problem affects all holes but the amount varies between holes. I posted something similar a few weeks ago but no solution then.

Any ideas now please.

Could we see a pic in CF, overhead with the splines on?

Hard to say from the pic, but it appears that some spline

control points could be to close to others causing a mesh conflict.

Have you changed any values in layers, or are they default?  Have you locked any splines?

This may also happen if you have splines touching or too close to other spline edges (any spline with a fringe will need a wider berth).

Bottom left area of the fairway is almost a right angle, if you smooth this into a curve you will probably be fine.

Small improvement to the fairway with more and more smoothing. The green now seems to be OK. Here are updated images in CF and in game.

Edit - CF image won't upload to tinypic.

Checked overlapping spline situation and didn't see any.

I decreased the number of control points on all splines as it's a real pain to adjust splines with the default numbers. Don't know how to lock splines so no.

Got this now. 4 pot bumkers on the fairway look like blemishes but are not.

Maybe it's just me, but it sure is easier to get on Skype

and share your screen and get the problems solved rather than posting a

picture everyday for weeks on end.  I'm happy to help, Skype name  " noputt007"

He may have thought you were too busy with those geisha girls. Not everyone can end their Skype name with "007".

may be a daft question but is everything refreshed? any splines overlapping? any sharp angles to splines, ensure a nice rounded off look.   pots can only be so small before issues creep in, ensure they are adequate size, not too small.  Also try setting all your blends to zero then refreshing.

When I have had spline issues or terrain show through, it's always good to scope out the meshes with "shaded wireframe" view. Additionally, hold down shift when hovering over splines to see the blends.

Lastly, grab the terrain paintbrush and scale to largest size with first round brush. Don't paint but use it to scan over the meshes. It will act like a blue/black light as you scan over the terrain with it. You can see where there are mesh errors with that.

Just a thought, you said you change the spacing of the control points. I believe by default it is set to 4. How much did you change it by? Maybe you went too far on your control points? What would happen if you delete that spline reset the library back to either the default 4 or 6 redraw it  and refresh the spline.

Sorry but I wouldn't touch Skype in view of reports that it adversely affects other programmes that i use.

I'll try it but I've done this on other projects and not had this problem.

I usually increase the point count from 4 to 7.

Hehe. If I refreshed myself as many times I'd be about 8 years old by now.

I notice you have a FW fringe have you tried removing it then seeing if things snap into place?  you could also try removing pots and replacing with normal bunkers, maybe its a pot setting issue.  Before all that , check your depth value on each mesh, zero may be default, not sure but minuses will sink that mesh into the underlying terrain sometimes.
