Cheers for replies, so many things left to do

Fix textures- theres about a week there, add all pins, test/rinse/repeat-hours and hours just with pins and adjusting greens slopes

Splash screen- have to re learn graphics software, scout holes for excessive slopes/terrain

Add some more waterfalls, replant trees etc, change some hole routings and designs

want to add another particle system- lava-volcano like Dogz- old smokie-so will take another week trying to figure  that out if i can 

Goes on and on, so much work in creating a course, a real rcr basically  you leave the terrain/heightmap as is

but non rcr have to sculpt manually ever y part of course

 

anyway small steps  otherwise when you look at what you still have to do it can be overhwelming

Looks to be really nice and challenging. Take your time and fix those things spoken of. I know I have over 100 courses to play and will enjoy this one immensly when it comes out. Looks beautiful.

Playing around with some particles  for Lava and Black Smoke

 

Have a test plot from k11 tropicana to try some things out before i  use on main course

Got the lava sorted thanks to Dogz

Black Smoke- Cant get  colour to show black
I did notice DP  adjusted a gradient setting in Unity/Shaders somewhere- not sure how that works
so wip with this black smoke .

PZ, I watched the following video and made a Unity package for download - it contains the Particle prefab, the smoke texture and the smoke material. I would suggest watching the video so you can tweak to your desired effect. The beginning is German Photoshop so I made the texture for you. (instead of waiting for you to learn Photoshop and German) I essentially copied what occurs in the video.

If you prefer to setup your own materials and Particle effects, here is the texture I made for the Black smoke (the trick is using the Particle>Multiply (double) shader)

If you want to just modify what you currently have running in your build, change the material shader by clicking on the smoke material and use the dropdown in the Inspector to change the Shader to Particles>Multiply (Double)

Works like a new one off the shelf - youtube is where i usually go first and have a crack-but got stuck 
 
I actually found that youtube video and downloaded it as it had the PS tutorial as well
 
It looked over my head at this point in time and i searched for a simpler tutorial .I will watch it again and slow the play down, good tutorial that one.
 
The key is the material Shader and the properties you mentioned- I  just learnt  now you can drag the material onto your particle system, so i did that with yours and will play around with the settings.
 
Friggin black smoke, i watched vids and tried every dam setting, and still didnt work
 
Man you work fast-lots experience shines through with you, your very confident, with me i know what i want but lack skills, have to put the time in down the track, gets frustrating when i dont know how to create what i want.
 
Good to have your support here Matt, makes me smile what you can do and how you help out.

Got 3 coloured tee boxes  originally from K11-tropicana package -love them so much- thank you k11 for design

Asked Dp to kindly  modify them/add some more colours  and add his creative flair to see what he could come up with.

Looks great, and kind of frightening when the wind Is blowing in off the sea.

 

Nice work on the tee markers, they are really going to stand out. In a good way!

Few holes could have probably improved on, but i think it`s good enough 

 

Had a big problem with sounds for course, but Noputt came to the rescue- cheers mate
