How do you set the texture wrap mode?

Went to attempt to create my own texture from an image I got online. Set the width and height but there is a message that says "Texture wrap mode must be set to repeat". Agreed...but how?

Thanks Rob! I'll have to find that screen. Looks like its in the rocks section, but there must be one for regular textures? I'll look.

I use custom textures all the time and never have to set any settings. They're always there.
