I have an old PC
INTEL 3GHZ dualcore
4GB ram
GEFORCE 9800GT graphiccard, cant remember how much ram it gives, but think its 1GB or so
WIN7 Ultimate 32bit

Well now i am writing i have a question to ask as well, does this golfgame be a multiplayergame like wgt?? I play on wgt, legend there and think its about time wgt gets some competition on the market, they are very greedy, and often ignores new users question with just tell them: clear flash and cache!!
Well i hope you dont make this game in flash. I know flash is easy to program, but it makes fast cheatsoftware to help you hit straight fast as well, if you are stupid enough to search for it and buy it, cheat yourselve and win all the tournaments..

Well it was what i had in mind right now, i'm  cant build courses, but i can play them and loves competition, i do my best rounds in multiplayer.

Egon

Yes there will be multiplayer. Compared to WGT's multiplayer, this will be different gravy.

Perfect Golf will not be made in Flash. Unity 3D and Golf Forge is where the courses will be constructed. Possible use of Unity Webplayer to run the golf sim.

;)

CAVEAT:  I just want to remind all XP users that upgrading to Windows 8 or buying a Windows 8 machine is going to knock the wind out of your sails.  I used it and learned it because I had to.  Thankfully it was the Customer Preview edition.

XP users are best advised to buy a new PC online at a reputable retailer with Windows 7 64 Bit.   Vista users are best advised to buy an Upgrade DVD. However, if your Vista machine was on the lower end of the scale, it's best to buy a new Windows 7 64 Bit machine.

Trust me. I'm in the business of making sure people have an excellent computer experience.  B)

Just installed on parent's new basic machine.  FX-4100 zambesi cpu &  amd 4250 integrated video on MB.  Running with 6 mb ram & windows7 64bit.  Ran the alpha game physics tester with no stutters in the full screen mode.   So I am thinking it might run without eye candy & a lower to mid range video card with eye candy.

Running Win 7 Pro on my desktop, i7-3770K, 16GB DDR3, GeForce GTX 680, 512GB Samsung 840 SSD, 2x3TB WD, 12x Blu-ray writer... etc. My laptop is running Win 7 Home Premium, i7-2630QM, 16GB DDR3, 120GB OCZ Agility 3 SSD, GeForce GT 555M

Will be able to run the game on both machines but tend to game on the desktop machine. I like the 27" monitor with 2560x1440 resolution. Sort of spoils you.

- I typed "rm -rf /*" and now my system won't boot!
