Good video that shows what even an older version of Unity is capable of. Though I not sure the game would be playable on most PC's with detail settings that high. You can even see stutters with the camera movement in that video.

Yip, that vid got my hart pumpin' too. 
What strikes me now is that the course shown is Pebble Beach. We never got that one in the package.
