The music is from Kenny Rogers' song "Lady" but I changed some of the lyrics and title name to "My Knight" that I sang and made a beginners CD.

I had this on the back of some tape a mate had somehow left behind at ours in the late '80's, didn't know who it was, I always thought it sounded quite new-age-romantish and was some obscure song from that era, lost the tape years ago but found myself humming the chorus quite unconsciously to myself this morning (I was always very fond of it, it used to illicit that kind of sleazy broadway neon lit backdrop of a city scene at dusk for some unknown reason of my imagination ), anyway seizing on the opportunity of digging out a lost gem from the bygone era of the back of my mind, I decided to look it up using you-tube and low and behold here it is!!!

Robert Plant - OMG that's the very last person I would have ever thought of to come up with this kind of sound, perhaps I should look up a bit more 80's Plant - I might be pleasantly surprised...
