The city fan....
Manchester is divided - you're a red or you are a blue, united or city - there is no middle ground!!
City fans were those at school who would take your crisps off you or jag you with a compass - they were the nasty ones, bullies, not got a nice word to say about them, but anyway I must represent them if I am talking Mancunia today, here's their biggest fans, and very 'typical' city fans.....still brilliant though hey!!!

OK Oasis - as much as I hate to admit it, you've got yourself a hat-trick, so many brilliant Oasis records - but do remember I posted 4 of the happy mondays and you're not quite on their level - Liam used to go to the Hacienda and he was a very quite well behaved little boy in the company - weren't u liam

That's just such a beautiful interview with the late-great founder of modern youth culture - until it ran out of ideas and we are faced with a sea of fcuk all these days.
