I don't do the teamspeak, unless I have to. But I still get lots of games, some days are a bit lean and others you have to turn games down. I mostly play pro level, but will play most any level others would like to play. I always try to be as pleasant as possible, these two things seem to help towards people wanting to play you again.

My experience from teamspeek is that every time I've joined to try and get a game going its just a small group of guys playing their tournaments together,it's nothing that steam group chat can't do,expected to be able to get online games from team speak but that's not the case

It will only get better if more people use it.  Doesn't help when there are multiple TS or Steam chat groups.  The number of folks playing multiplayer is already small to begin with.

Seems that there are groups that are only playing games with group members.I have seen many locked games being hosted in the lobby. That is fine but if theses groups want more members locking their games is not a good idea.Maybe they dont want new players to join , i just think the best way to promote a group is to leave the game open, more members more fun.Its just not good for new players tryng to get an online game and all they see is password hosted games. How can they actually get to play with the community and join ladders and leagues if the games are locked.Imagine a new buyer of the game that wants to play multiplayer and all he/she sees locked games

agree.I see a lot of locked games as well and its always by the same crowd, fair enough if you've arranged a game and don't want randoms jumping it but just venture outside your click for once, you may even enjoy it😁
