TOTALLY agree about those hole overviews...Much more "scorecard" like and just so nice and minimalist - very attractive.

 

I'm really not a fan of the PG overhead "box" camera view thing, especially when billboard trees get on there, etc.

GBC was the first real golf design program I had, before Links. I eventually moved over to APCD but at the time, I was all about GBC. That's the first time I learned how to make custom textures, and I also used to have a lot of fun making those hole overheads, which you could alter in Photoshop. I remember learning how to use the "pattern" tool in Photoshop solely for those purposes.

 

You could also customize the scorecard and an overhead course map. Those would be fun features to bring over.

no.. Fraps doesn't like this game much. Just got that much video and it stopped recording.
