i got it lastnight but the version number is unchanged, how ever i did notice a 1.1 up in the right upper corner of the game screen i have never noticed before. on the 1.1 could have been on one of the course splash pics that pop up now that i think about it

I think they should know better than to comment on a regular users experience if they are playing a different build. But I think you're probably right, Arsam.

No big deal worrybirdie, it makes sense that the guys doing the beta testing would be working with the most recent pre-release build.

Also, and I'm not totally sure about this, but when they push "the public release" to both branches (i.e. public and beta), Steam automatically updates the build number.  So, right now, I believe that both public and beta people are using the exact same version, even tho Steam has assigned them slightly different build numbers.

That sounds like a typically goofy thing that Steam would do Art. HaHaHa

That's the problem, I don't that I am as my build still shows 1.4.2.2.

As far as I'm aware Im on the same as the public build as the Devs haven't pushed any further beta only builds, but it still seems to be showing a build behind where it should be.

It's purely cosmetic.  I think he simply forgot to change that screen when building the .exe.

I would think that except I still have not seen it in my downloads in the Steam interface. I saw one briefly 2 nights ago that was 0 bytes and didn't do anything when I tried to "force" the DL and install.

if your recorded rounds are working than you have the update, try that if you don't

believe the version number was basically unchanged , along with being the first bug of the new

update . lol

i just don't understanding why one of the developers can't take a second and come

into this thread and just say we made a mistake with the number .

instead of avoiding it so folks would stop wasting their time with a no problem ,problem.
