..I have updated this thread to use Bandicam video recording, its free and you dont have to compress the file before you upload to YouTube..

Here you go, if you still have questions feel free to pm me for more help.

I use http://www.bandicam....ever you want..

1. upload to youtube

2. Make sure you Set Publish to Unlisted or video won't be visible here. The option is on the upload page "very important"

3. When video is done, I clik on the link provided and check it, then copy the link from the address bar.

4. Follow instructions in pic..  Notice when you clik on the X with a lowered 2 next to it, (yellow arrow)you won't notice anything happen, don't worry about it, go to Red Arrow..Then a box will open and you paste your link in there.. That's it..

I also use Windows live Movie Maker and whats nice about it, is you can upload your video to You Tube right out of Movie Maker. If you look at the top you can see there is a You Tube icon click on it sign in to publish right to You Tube.  Works great. :) Thanks axe I know a lot of people don't know how to embed there video's.

I have Windows Movie Maker but dumb question.  Is there a hot key that I hit to start the recording of a video and do I hit the same key to stop the recording?  Secondly since there is currently no feature to save a replay it appears to me that you cannot make a video of a great shot.  When you save a video where does the video end up on my pc?  Thanks.

Someone else will have to answer your question about Recording, I have no idea. But if you make a gr8 shot, you can do a replay then record it, I have wanted to record a shot that I made and didn't have my Fraps recorder on, so what you do is nothing, then toggle out of the game, load up video recorder, go back into game, hit Replay and record your gr8 shot...

Hope that helps

I installed Fraps.  The default is to press the F9 key to record a video.  Do I press the same key to stop the recording?  Thanks again for letting me know about Fraps.

Yes and you can change that, I also direct my vids to  my desktop, self explanatory. You will see fraps fps counter while in the game, its yellow and will turn red when recording and back to yellow when you stop..

Look up to my little tut in the beginning of this thread and you can dl for free, the link for the video converter, after you download it, make the folder destination to your desktop and change the video output to WMV, then you can dl to youtube when done..

Sorry but I am still confused.  Earlier today I managed to hole a bunker shot so I replayed it.  After viewing it I had two options, replay it again or continue.  However you indicated in an earlier reply that I should leave the game and come back with Fraps running and record the replay.  The only way I can get out of the game after viewing the replay is to hit continue which takes me to the next hole.  At this point it doesn't look like I can go back to view the replay.  If I am stuck here then I guess I have to have Fraps running whenever I play the game.

Sorry, there is a key on your key board, it is on the bottom left side and between the ctrl and Alt key's.. While in game, just hit that key and it will minimize the game to your task bar, you will see the PG icon on it, then when ready, just clik on the PG icon that was put onto the task bar..

I believe its the Windows Key?

Just FYI for those whose upgraded to Windows 10...they have a very nice built in recording feature. Windows key plus G will bring up the console.

Also Win+Alt+R will start/stop recording.

Anytime Axe - it makes it SUPER easy to record little clips.  I think it also has the ability to go back and record the last 30 seconds on command as well.

Very nice. What did you use to compress the video's down, so they only take a min or 2 to upload to youtube? Or does that recorder, also compress the file? I just may be one step closer to going for Win10... ;)

I have a hard copy disc of win7 in case I don't like it..

It all happens automagically - it's embedded in the software.
