The Players 3rd Round.
Well, that was sorta fun! I was fairly happy with that round. A few holes got away on the wind but I hung in there.
Having said that, the 17th was terrifying.

Set up as stated, just checking the clouds, variable etc is controlled via direct weather page?
Anyway here is rnd 3, hope it offers a challenge if you play against it

I have noticed that playing a recorded round you don't get the same wind direction most times so it can be interesting watching a shot and seeing it move against the wind

4th round postponed until tomorrow.
After the final round I will be turning Pro. I have had discussions with my manager, my bank manager, my caddy Fluff, and the Ball family - my wife Krystal, and my kids - my son, Dennis and the girls, Mira and Arancini (money grubbing leeches the lot of them).
I am going to switch to horizontal RTS as well, after the stinging croquet reference from Joe. This will give me time to practice my swing before the Masters. So that will be the end of this thread (there won't be a Pro thread btw.)
So thank you and I think the point has been made that these greens are readable and you can putt with success. That turns Perfect Golf from a game to a sim. It is a quality that is unique in the computer golf world and represents a promotional feature that was entirely missed by Perfect Parallel. Such a shame.

Thanks Ted for setting up and offering realistic options to play along with, not the 15 under per round thrown out by the finger bumpers and their charts

Welcome to the dark side, Ted.
And a sim it truly is. H-RTS feels more "real" when swinging along the same swingpath as you do IRL. (I swear it's improved my irl swing ).

The fact the you are so defensive about it is kind of humorous. Your posts always emphasize the putting aspect. Scoring happens 4 feet in. Just a little good natured ribbing. Please, don't take it so hard. Enjoy.

.Yes! Its paired with the Links E6 software available free on Steam! Played it a few times, but I would imagine playing the game would be better with the Sim, instead of clicking... E6 is actually pretty good!
Edit: Sorry to derail the thread, Ted. 4ft gimmies are just fine. When I used to play online with others, the cringe of waiting for someone to line up, figure out the break, distance, touch, was worse than watching paint dry. Even less than 4ft... was terrible. In a fun challenge like what Ted is proposing is all about fun... I think if you want to accept Ted's challenge, its his by rules, so why even question it?
