OK.  Floods receding. Internet back on.

 

I'll  play Round 4  today.  I need a 70 to win.  I've got to check the replay of round 4 to check wind but I'll make pins Hard or Difficult - whatever it is.

OK.  Honda Classic done.

 

I did a Daniel Berger and finished 5th.  I simply played badly.  Too many miss hits.  I don't think the lay-off helped but pins were really hard to get at.  I would have pocketed about $350k but I'll stick to Amateur for the time being.

I hope you keep the rounds coming for Bay Hill.  It means I can play against you.  I think it might be good if we post when our rounds are done and whoever gets in first.  If the recording doesn't take I'll just post my scorecard for the round.  I'll probably play my round in a couple of hours.

First round at The Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill.   A beautiful rendition by pgapro.  The overall ambience is very nice, and the greens look and play superbly.  

 

I made some dreadful decisions and executed poorly on the front nine but pulled it together on the back.  I had 27 putts which was very satisfying.
