I'm afraid they've conned money out of me once too often. They have no interest in anything other than making money. I'm so looking forward to the day PG is complete and shows these suits just how good a golf sim can be.

Nothing against Rory. Won't be gracing my console. So I guess in answer to Modman's Q?, I don't care, lol .

 

I think only EA game I have these days is The Secret World on PC.

Anyone remember a while ago on Madden the cover player in each of about 4 consecutive years sustained an injury and a whole lot of games were missed. Uncanny coincidence !

Oh and if you play as Rory and mis-hit, do you throw your club into the water.

If the graphics is a mix between TGC and PG and the gameplay is like PG.....then maybe.

But that is wishful thinking.

Going to break with the group and definitely plan to at least give it a shot.

 

I know they are never coming back to PC which is the main deal breaker, but the Sim mode in TW 14 was superb and the graphics on this new version are simply out of this world great looking.  

 

WAY better than PG graphics and definitely better than The Golf Club.  Very impressive on that front for sure.

 

Also, please no knocks on my mentioning the graphics.  This is one area I'm still bummed with PG about as a HUGE part of my enjoyment of golf is the feeling of a beautiful morning in a beautiful environment (golf course as an example) and PG is behind in that sadly.  Hopefully one day that's not the case, but you simply can't ignore how mesmerizing the detail and lighting work is on some of these newer graphics technologies coming out these days.

Looks great, but with no PC version, I'll never buy it. Being an 'old man', the PC is as far as I'm technically capable or willing to go.
