Sorry Spikel nothing has fizzled out just the updating to the game, but that's because there working on a new engine.

I have been playing every Friday night with 7-8 guys for the past 3 years and many of them are big named greats from past golf games. It would have been better though has the producer make a better demo.

I've looked everywhere to find the community again and I really cannot find a forum or anything. Please PM me because I really miss playing the game with others. I can't even find the Red Chain Portal so I can't even re download the game I paid full price for.

Joe would be better to answer--I only discovered the forum after Joe and Spikel talked about it above. RedChain is the gaming software that is used by many simulators--I didn't realise it could be played with mouse on PC, if WGC is the same.

I had a play with CPG2010 but pretty heavy on the graphics card--I can see why Joe's machine is pumped if WGC is based off it. WGC required a key which appear hard to come by.

I'll just reply once more to say Thanks for the link as that is correct. 

And no my machine is not pumped just to play WGC, I am a gamer, I need a system because I don't play either Links or Tigerwoods 2008 that only requires a Pentium 90 to play..lol

That's also a reason not many tried the last CPG or WGC is because they have such a cheap store bought system that it was hard to display lots of 3d trees and 3d buildings

Is there a reason for all the vague talk regarding what game you're talking about?  Can someone let us know how we can find this game to purchase and try for ourselves??

I think another reason not many tried it was that word got about that it wasn't very good.

So those of us who play Links and TW only have shit store bought PC's then.

I did wonder why my frame rates are so high when I drive on iRacing and Assetto Corsa with the graphics all cranked up. Now I know.
