Just a quick update. Planting is coming along nicely.

Looks fantastic. I've been given raised hope that I'll be able to make a version of my local course. It might be a simple version to start with but I hope I'm given motivation to keep tweaking and tweaking and eventually something that is some kind of replica.

I am being honest here , when i seen that picture i was speechless for 3 seconds , partly to do with the course Steve . But the textures and rendering, the sky argghhh , its absolutely stunning!

I think that was likely the case Ian, we had a lot of spam posts and my guess is that instead of a post being deleted the thread went south. I'll check into it to see what happened.

Hey guys. Boulder Springs is getting close to done. I just played through it a couple times in Perfect Golf, to get a sense of scale and such. Here are some screenshots on the course loaded in the game. Aside from some texture painting and slight height issues it's almost done.

No, I think he has an evil streak by telling us he has played it through on Perfect Golf, lol.

 

This might even be enough to show the naye-sayer's that there is actually an early form of Perfect Golf in a playable form of sorts in existence, lol.

 

I am a little concerned though. His last screenshot shows him as -18 and only playing the 15th. Surely the game is not that easy?

Hope it was also on easiest swing mode, as -18 after 14 holes hints at all greens in regulation (which makes the game sound too easy, lol) and birdies and eagles galore (even with generous gimmes on).
